The Morse Group provided a complete design build electrical solution for Pratt Industries’ new 360,000 sq. ft. corrugated box facility in Beloit, WI.
Project Description:
The Morse Group worked closely with Pratt Industries’ engineering division to provide a design build solution for Pratt’s new 360,000 sq. ft. facility. We took great care and consideration to ensure the solution not only met their needs, but also provided facility upgrades while staying within their budget. Our solution included lighting control systems, power systems, an inverter emergency lighting system, data, and fiber. We also included a total dock lock control system which allows the owners to monitor all trailer locks, dock doors, guard gates, and dock levelers from a central location. To make the facility more energy efficient, Morse Electric installed LED lighting throughout the entire facility. This was the first Pratt facility to feature 100% LED lighting.
